SOKO FAMILE is a series of highly emotional stories involving family conflicts and problems. In each episode of this thrilling documentary-style show viewers follow one member of a four-member family investigation team as they solve one particular family case. Each member of the team is an experienced social worker, psychologist or therapist in real life. The investigators are not only shaped by their different professional qualifications but also by their very different background histories. Each is unique and genuine.

In SOKO FAMILIE four highly qualified family specialists were brought together to work as a social intervention team. This crisis intervention team is brought in whenever the public authorities, counseling centers or the police have done all they can do and don't know where else to turn to. These are cases that involve domestic violence, delinquent youths, young people who are worried about not having a job or a future, it's about bullying in schools or even irrational jealousy. The special commission team works directly with the family and talks over the problem. They do their research and do all they can to find a solution to the problem. Families get help and counseling. At the same time the team embodies a moral authority that sorts out the situation and assesses the case for viewers.
