Genial oder Daneben?

Early-evening fun: In the new comedy quiz show “Genial oder Daneben?” with Hugo Egon Balder, Hella von Sinnen, Wigald Boning and celebrity guests, two contestants compete for up to 6,000 Euros.

New ways to win: In each episode, contestants ask each other strange questions in their quest to take home the top prize. How does it work? In each of the six rounds, every correct answer is worth 500 Euros. The final round, themed “all or nothing,” is about real knowledge or perfect estimating, giving contestants a chance to double their winnings up to 6,000 Euros. If a team is unable to answer all four final questions correctly, they take home only the amount won in previous rounds.

New game mode: Hella von Sinnen and Wigald Boning, with changing guests like Janine Ullmann, Caroline Frier, Elena Uhlig, Ilka Bessin, Alexandra Rietz, Guido Cantz, Jürgen von der Lippe, Michael Mittermeier, Ralf Moeller or Smudo make up a comedy panel. They consider possible answers and offer up one per question. Contestants may go with the latter or follow their own intuition.
